Tour Prices The tour prices are per tour, not per person and are valid up till 6 persons. Please note, that we do not offer small group tours, your individual party would be on the tour only. For groups above 6 persons traveling together, special rates apply and a proper size vehicle (midivan or bus) is arranged. Walking tours The price includes guiding services, but excludes transportation costs and entrance fees. Walking tours usually conducted by the help of public transportation, for which a pass or tickets would be purchased by you. Entry fees depend on how many and exactly which sights you actually enter during the tour. Driving tours The price includes guiding services, minivan with driver, gasoline, parking fees, but excludes entrance fees. Entry fees depend on how many and exactly which sights you actually enter during the tour. On most countryside tours the sights can not be visited, without paying an entry fee. Currency In Hungary the official currency is Hungarian Forint (HUF). Although we are member of the European Union since 2004, but we are not in the Euro zone yet, which means that it is not compulsory to accept Euro in shops, museums or restaurants. However in many places you will find, that both Euro and HUF is accepted.

Methods of Payment Option N1: Cash payment in EUR or in local currency HUF at the end of the tour. Visitors usually prefer to pay at the end of the tour, directly to the guide. I am sorry, but I do not accept credit cards or checks. Option N2: PayPal payment in advance If you prefer to pay by PayPal, just let me know in advance. Please note that PayPal takes about 5% fee from the total amount. I kindly ask you to pay this additional fee, as prices are rock bottom and I have no funds to pay the PayPal fees. Thank you for your understanding! In case you opt for this option, I will send you the details you need for the PayPal wire. It usually takes 1-3 days. If you pay ahead, please read the cancellation policy. Option N3: wiring money to bank account in advance If you prefer, you can wire the money ahead to our bank account by bank wire. The wire fee is about 3-5%, I am sorry but I can not share those extra expenses. In case you opt for this option, I will send you the details you need for the bank wire. It usually takes 3 days. Cancellation Policy I would kindly call your attention to the fact that we are all guiding and driving for a living. Therefore we schedule our work hours ahead in a way, that we can accommodate your tour/s. Therefore if you cancel the tour in the last minute, we are not able to replace your tour by another, because of the short notice and will be losing money. Therefore I would kindly ask you to carefully consider whether you will really be able to do the tour. • Up till 14days before the tour, it is possible to cancel without any charges. • Up till 7days before the tour 50% of the tour cost is required. • Up till 3days before the tour 100% of the tour cost is required.(by bank wire or PayPal) In case of “Vis major” (missing the flight/train, flight delay, becoming sick, etc.) rescheduling of a tour is accepted. Since I do not ask for money in advance, I have no measures to claim this payment in case of a cancellation, so I will just have to rely on the honesty and goodwill of my clients.
