WINE TOUR

Get closer to the Hungarian traditions, while tasting a few glasses of delicious local wine! During this tour you visit a family owned and run, small winery just outside of Budapest in the quaint little village of Etyek. During the tour you will hear all about the area, the different types of grapes, the wine making phases and methods from the most authentic source, the wine maker himself. The wine tasting includes 6 different local wines and a tasting variety of a Hungarian cold plate (ham, sausage, liver pate, egg-cream, vegetables, bread, etc.) The excellent quality of the wines will bring you closer to the traditionally high level wine culture in Hungary! This tour can only be a tour by minivan and it is a half day (4hrs) tour. It may be combined with another half day so then it would be a full day.
